A letter from Karen

Just wanted you to know that by last night my face and jaw where totally relaxed .. in fact it felt loose when I talked! My jaw had a huge "crack" last night (Steve heard it across the room) and my ears cleared! (my ears always feel full sort of) I guess because I've lived with neck pain, ear aches and headaches for so many years sometimes I forget how bad it is until they can be alleviated. As of today my face, neck even my shoulders feel less tense.

Anyways .. You have a Great day .. I know I will too !
